I'm in the process of building a garage that is 7 x 8m on a poured slab, the ceiling height on the interior will be 3.5m and everything will be an addition to an already existing building. I plan to make the walls with metal both inside and out using 45*145 studs, but I'm wondering how to handle the insulation, moisture barrier, etc.
Basically, the question is how do I build the walls the right way??
