A balcony that is at most one meter deep does not give rise to large loads. The issues are mainly the need to stiffen the loaded beams and to make good attachments. Then it's important to make it look nice and in style with the house. Decorative elements that do not necessarily have a load-bearing function may be suitable. If it is to be made of wood, dimensions that can withstand substantial lag bolts and similar must be used. This image only illustrates the principles.
Just to clarify with cast bracket, it's kind of like this http://www.stgbygg.se/butik/konsol-lovet/
This is just an idea and not something that works for balconies but more the style. But if I can find one that reaches 3/4 out if you think that's enough.
3/4 is probably no problem. You have to take that into account when sizing the rest. However, I am unsure if you can find something that is cast and holds. Castings can be quite brittle. I believe more in some form of forging. JP Montage in Bredåkra is skilled at that. You can get quite close stylistically, at least.
I think one should see cast details as decorative elements. I don't think they have sufficient strength. I couldn't find any information about it. But it was certainly a charming website!
