Facing the task of making some drawers (model kitchen drawers) in 12 mm MDF. Is it possible to biscuit join such thin material, or should I opt for dovetailing the drawers instead?
hey! if you have a machine, go ahead and kexa. I wouldn't even think of sinka. is there anyone who can sinka today? real sinking requires machines and both pieces are processed simultaneously.
With a router, you can dovetail quite easily. There is a template to which the pieces are clamped, and the offset is fixed on the template. Then you mill according to the template, like combs, completely perfectly and easily.
