Hi! I have bought a moisture meter for concrete that measures between 0.2-2.0% and the moisture in my basement is at most 0.6%. This tells me nothing. What do you say? Good or bad?

That's good. If the humidity in concrete exceeds 5%, it is considered damp. If you have a value between 0.2 and 2%, you have dry concrete.
If you mean by "and the moisture in my basement is at most 0.6%" the air humidity, then it is almost impossible. You would feel pain when you breathe because it is too dry. For it to feel comfortable, it should be between 30 and 50% (varies slightly per person).
