Hello, we want black floors and it's not good with black lacquer on pine as there is a high risk of cracks in the lacquer because we have underfloor heating. Staining black was also not okay as it apparently becomes uneven on the hard and soft parts of the wood.
Anyone have any tips?

If you can consider oak flooring instead of pine, you apply ammonia to your untreated oak floor.
The ammonia reacts with the tannic acid in the oak and the result is a black surface.
A little ammonia gives a dark "antique" surface, more ammonia = blacker surface..
