But now it seems Bauhaus has changed their screw supplier. I can't find even similar screws anywhere. Does anyone have any tips on where I can find this kind of screw? Or similar?

Not to be picky. But those screws are rather 3
4mm.

If you want to buy screws in bulk over the counter, I recommend Flinks, but I have no idea where you are located geographically.
