I'm working on framing the inner part of the "outer walls." I plan to frame at 60 cm centers vertically. I will have OSB and these I can mount horizontally and splice over the studs. Is it okay to then install vertical 900 gypsum, which will not have edges over the studs? Does the OSB accommodate this?

The alternative is to frame at 45 cm centers. If I do that, do I have to offset the OSB splice against the gypsum?

I cannot use 1200 panels, they can't fit in /Upstairs.

If you now have 90 osb also since you write that you can't get a larger one, you still have to frame cc45, right? Then offset the gypsum and osb joint?

Sorry, didn't see that you wrote horizontal osb, but still, it's fine that the gypsum joint doesn't come over the frames.
