I'm planning to do some light renovations in my basement (classic 1940s concrete with a wood beam ceiling above). My goal is to have drywall in all rooms, but how? Can I use steel studs and then just drywall?? And make sure there's some ventilation underneath and above. Anyone who has tinkered with this. One more thing, it should be quick and cheap
