I have a bar table that I want to attach to the wall. Where it should be attached, it's a wall with "soft" particle board. I've tried attaching it with expansion plugs and screws, as well as angle brackets where I have 4 screws/bracket into the wall. It's holding, but I'm not completely satisfied with the stability.
Is there a better way to do this?

If it is so soft that you can easily push in a pin, then it is probably trätex. But then there should be something more stable behind it, like planks to attach to.
That's if I find a stud. I gouged out another wall to add more sockets for dimmers and there was first a sheet with soft shavings that was light, then inside it was similar but thicker and darker...snuttjulle said:
