I'm doing the insulation in my small house. I've set the first layer of insulation at 95mm between the studs and then applied plastic.
Now I'm going to install the inner layer of insulation. As some suggested here in the forum, I plan to install 45x45 studs horizontally, and then insulation between them.
Now to my question, can I nail the studs with a nail gun instead of screwing them? I was thinking of putting two 75mm nails in each stud.
OSB and gypsum will then be installed on the horizontal studs.
Does it work with nails or does it have to be screwed?
