Hello!

I have cast a concrete foundation where I want to attach six concrete pavers (Smooth Gray). The reason is that I want to make an entrance step out of the same type of pavers I have in the walkway.

My plan was to attach the pavers directly into the wet concrete, which seems to work excellently.

Unfortunately, I discovered that one of the pavers I received is from a different manufacturer and therefore looks slightly different. An incredible oversight by the supplier. Luckily, I discovered this before the concrete set, so I could pry the stone loose. Now I need to attach a new paver to the cured (two days) concrete foundation.

My question is how best to do this. I cannot build up with grout more than a maximum of a millimeter without it looking strange.

I'm considering Sikaflex or possibly Casco Superfix, but I'm not sure which is best. Any tips?

Apply Finja Laga Ute or regular concrete filler/house fix on both the slab and the underside of the stone and attach it, it will work fine. If you don't want to use mortar, the assembly adhesive you're considering will also work, or there is a special polyurethane adhesive to set stones with, such as this one:

Thank you for the response!

That polyurethane glue seems perfect!
