I'm going to install battens on the ceiling to lower it a bit and install spotlights. The current ceiling is made of concrete.
What do you consider the best way to attach the battens to the ceiling?
The only thing I can think of is to drill, insert plugs, and screw. Alternatively, drill and attach with concrete screws.
