I'm going to build an inner wall in my garage. I need to attach a 45x70 wooden stud to the floor which is a poured concrete foundation. Unfortunately, I don't have a hammer drill. How would you attach the stud in the best way without access to a hammer drill?

If you have underfloor heating, you should not drill into the floor just like that under any circumstances.
If the wall is only going to be used as a divider, you can skip attaching it to the floor and just attach the rest and have studs between the floor and ceiling that wedge in place.
Make the vertical studs slightly longer and hammer them in place so they wedge in tightly.
Check the ceiling first, especially if you have a false ceiling, to ensure it doesn't get damaged by the hard pressure against it.

You can glue the rule there, for example.

Avoid wood against concrete if possible. It is better to glue a steel U-profile to the floor.
