Hi
I usually do it with brackets. This time it's about the upper floor and it's a bit impractical to work from the inside.
Is silicone okay? Or should I go with some kind of construction adhesive?
Other options?

There are moldings that are pre-glued, just peel off the protective paper and press into place.

Ok, now I see that there are such ones. Do they hold?

The circular ones I was looking for are not self-adhesive :-(

Round silicone strips are well made for gluing?

Yes, they usually hold up excellently, doesn't an omega list work?

Yes, it works great. They didn't have it at Bauhaus. I found something similar at Byggmax.

It seems so, or for another purpose. Perhaps inserted into the frame for certain windows.
