Attach sheet metal; Assembly or farm screw?

When do you use farm screws and when do you use montage screws?

Sheet metal screws are available.

But if you have to choose among the ones you mentioned, go with the montageskruv.

farmer screws for the blecken are overkill.
there are assembly screws and nails available

If we are talking about window/door flashings, farmarskruv sounds like serious overkill.

However, I did use farmarskruv for the bargeboards.
For window flashings, it will be bleckskruv.

It's a bit mixed, both over flashing and bargeboard sheets. It was a general question about what you use assembly screws for. I understand the farming screw better when you want a certain pressure against the sheet.

I used similar ones from Biltema, painted white.

That sounds strange.
I have fastened the entire frame with about 1000 wood screws 5x90 and 5x110 and 1000 anchor screws, all from biltema.
I have also tried equivalent screws from well-known manufacturers, 3-4 times more expensive but in my opinion worse screws.

it's probably different in the stores as well. not the same supplier for the screws, just the same packaging
