I have a crossbeam 120x95 that needs to be attached to three posts. What's the best way to attach it?
In the post it rests on: should I angle screw from the front/back and down, or straight from above? The post is 95x95.
In the posts supporting the roof: should I angle screw from above, below, or both? Here, the post is 95x45 with the short side in the same direction as the crossbeam. I've cut the crossbeam to fit around the post.

Regarding the handrail, and assuming it's on a terrace, I would have angle-screwed from underneath into the post and then the handrail to avoid screw heads on the top side. 80 screws with a small head won't be visible after a couple of days.
