I am looking for a good method to mount, e.g., a bike flag (like the one used on children's bikes) or a similar fiberglass flagpole inside a hollow metal pipe:
I'm wondering if there is some kind of expansion screw for this purpose? The flag needs to be securely mounted and should not be easily removable without tools.
The goal is to be able to attach tall pennants to disc golf baskets like this one (the metal pipe in the center is open at the top):
