Assemble traditional ceiling molding
Now, this is a bad picture, but I'm wondering how I should join the allmoge ceiling molding in the corner where the picture is taken from, as there is a wall on the left side. It meets the wall where the windows are, and I'm wondering how to join the molding coming from there with the one coming from where the picture is taken.
I hope it's not too confusing

Well, it is very confusing, you probably need to clarify a bit.

what kind of trim is it? if you have those kinds of angles and corners, you should probably choose trim carefully. Otherwise, you just need to keep an eye on the angles, which don't necessarily have to be 45 degrees.
