Asbestos in kitchen in back layer?

Say there are some small remnants left that came with a plate that was knocked down now, is this something I should get a remediation specialist for? Or is the amount in that case so small that it is negligible?

What a remediation specialist would do is wet clean all surfaces and you can just as well do that yourself. But the amount would be negligible compared to all the other harmful substances, including asbestos, we are exposed to daily.
