Are wall anchors enough for the TV?
Hello,
I could really use some advice! I have tried googling around, asking in stores, and consulting the handyman I know.
I want to mount a 75-inch TV that weighs 32 kilos.
There have been two different TV mounts on the wall from the previous owners.
I actually can't find any studs behind the drywall. It seems to be a thick single layer of drywall (14 mm?).
Can I hang the TV with molly plugs?
What other options do I have?

A properly mounted Molly can handle.
32 kg tightly mounted on the wall (no arm to pull out) should normally not be a problem at all.
- Screw size 4 mm: up to 15 kg
- Screw size 5 mm: up to 20 kg
- Screw size 6 mm: up to 30 kg

I found a metal stud. How much difference does it make if a screw is in it? Does it make a difference if I also press PL600 into the holes and behind the fitting?A Argastesnickaren said:
