I am going to attach floor joists 45x170 to the frame of an Attefall house.

I plan to attach them with angle brackets and reinforce a little with two 90 mm nails nailed from the outside.

I have 42mm decking screws lying around at home. Can I attach the angle brackets with them or do I need to buy anchor screws?

Can and can... It becomes significantly stronger with ankarskruv.

You can use decking screws, and therefore do not need to buy anchor screws. But since anchor screws are dirt cheap and you will still need to shop several times for your construction, it's a good opportunity to buy and use anchor screws.

Neither decking screws nor 3.5” nails are suitable.
If you want to "reinforce" from the outside, you can use one of these.

You can probably even skip the angle brackets if you screw in two from the outside.

Two of those from the outside are therefore more durable than angle brackets with anchor screws?

Use joist hangers with anchor screws preferably.

Another way is to install a floor joist ledger that the floor joists rest on.
Cross-section diagram of a foundation pillar with labeled parts like concrete slab, reinforcement bars, and beam placement, for structural guidance.
Also check construction guides. Many good tips there too. For example, Enkelstugan where the image above comes from,

I also recommend Träguiden. There you can find many construction examples so you don't have to think too much yourself.

The easiest way is probably to use two sturdy screws from the outside. Are 8x120 the right choice then or would 6x120 work just as well?

You will be fine with 6x120. It's just about fastening the studs. When you put on the chipboard, everything locks in place. A carpenter would have driven in 2 nails=done.
