I'm organizing a room in the basement and will be installing a platonmatta in one of the rooms with a fan. However, when I search for the fan, it seems to be out of stock everywhere and costs around 20,000kr ?? Can that really be right?

Is there anyone who has come up with their own solution for the fan by choosing another fan that works and isn't so extremely expensive? It's just air circulation you're after, or are there other features in their fan that justify the price?

You can have any fan, but the flow needs to be correct.

The question is, how do I calculate the correct airflow for the fan?
The room is about 28-30 sqm.

I can't do that either but if you want to take the opportunity to use it as regular exhaust and you don't have other ventilation in the room, then it's 0.35 l/s per sqm. But then you must make sure you have the same in supply air somewhere as well.
