About to lay tiles in the basement.

The house is from the seventies and previously had vinyl flooring glued directly to the concrete. The vinyl floors have been gone for two years now, and guess if I had fun with a bark spade and then a diamond grinding wheel before it became clean :x

Anyway, I've bought 100 m2 of tiles in 33x33 waiting. Finja MSA primer is also sorted.

I had planned to use Alfix Normalfix since it's well-priced, but after reading the instructions, I see it's not recommended for tiles over 30x30. Instead, Combifix should be used, and it's more than twice as expensive. It was also possible to add Flexbinder to Normalfix for use on larger tiles, but of course, it's not available around here.

So the question is; should I follow the advice for Combifix or look for another alternative?

Question 2. The adhesive is plastic-reinforced, and I've seen that other adhesives are as well. But doesn't that mean it's too dense for my old floor? I want it to breathe fully, right?

It seems to have gone well with Normalfixen so far :)
