Air venting dormers

Hello,

I have built dormers in 2 directions, and since we have now changed the conditions for roof ventilation by blocking it with the dormers, I am looking for an alternative to achieve correct ventilation again with the new construction.
The new dormers are open to the ridge, which completely blocks the flow through.

I have searched online for solutions but haven't found anything.

But do you need one if you have ventilation on the sides of the attic?
