Partially renovated guest toilet with exposed wooden and concrete walls, tools on floor, and a radiator on the right wall.

Planning to start plastering today in the demolished guest toilet, but I'd like some feedback on my proposed method to avoid any big no-nos.

The plan is to glue the lower part with PL 400 (concrete) and screw into the rough timber at the upper part of the plasterboard, is that all okay!? (thinking about movements between the materials)
Then I probably need to split the board on the wall directly ahead to fit it in, is it best to do that with a 50cm high piece at the bottom!?

Tiles will be applied afterward.

is it in a basement?

No, it is not.
