The greatest load will be on the rule furthest out. Is there a possibility to have an attachment point in the middle of it and then up to the ceiling?

If you can do that, I would (almost) dare with 45x95 and definitely 45x120.

Maybe a neat forged screwed thing?

No, but I thought about that solution initially. Unfortunately, it's almost 4 meters to the ceiling, so I can't stand and balance with a power drill and try to make a good mount. That's the worst thing I know! But I will go with the suggestion that Tlundberg came up with, to glue-screw 6 pcs of 120 mm beams, maybe fewer, to form a joist and have three of those. It feels like a simple solution.

It's not often you hear someone say unfortunately in front of 4m ceiling height ;)
Don't forget to report the final result. Good luck!
