Hello

I'm looking for what I believe is called an accordion door, which was common in houses in the 60s and 70s. As I recall, they were a bit thicker than a folding door, about 10 cm, and the actual "bellows" that folded in and out were made of some sort of soft plastic-like material. The door ran in a track in the ceiling but also had a groove in the floor so the door couldn't be tilted. Some of them could be locked with a knob. I've attached a photo where one can be seen in the background.

I've searched online, but what I find are mostly folding doors that are more like panels that fold together and also don't have any support against the floor. The closest I could find was this on Amazon

Grateful for any tips
Hasse

Admittedly no track on the floor, but if the construction itself is stable enough, it's probably not needed. Since it's sold to preschools, it probably withstands quite a lot.

Hello BirgitS

Thanks for the tip! Yes, it seems to be very similar to the ones I remember, and they have locks too. Then as you say, since they are used in preschools, that should be enough :-)
