I had a complete brain freeze today when I was supposed to install wind barrier. I thought I had bought two rolls of windy but one of them turned out to be a vapor barrier. However, I didn't realize that until it was already up, when obviously my reading ability came back.

Do I need to redo it? (would be quite tedious since 3 out of 4 sides already have vapor barrier and ventilation battens). It's on a year-round heated tiny house and I plan to have plastic on the inside. On the outer walls of the bathroom, I thought about having a vapor barrier, so there will in that case be double layers of vapor barrier there.

The vapor barrier is denser than the windbreak.
The windbreak allows moisture to pass through better than the vapor barrier.

How about the vapor barrier, does it let a little moisture through in both directions, or is it more tight in one direction?

Which way did you install it, in that case? Anyway, you now have a construction that traps moisture in the wall. That has to be considered suboptimal.

As I understand it, that's not the case.

A vapor barrier is more than 10 times as "vapor-tight" (not the right word) as a wind barrier and 5 times tighter than regular wind paper.
 
Sour but nice that you discovered it now and not when half the panel was on. You have to replace it, anything else is madness and will be classified as a construction defect.
