2nd sorting??

What's the catch if you buy 2nd grade, for example, wall panels or ceiling panels at, say, Bauhaus? Are the planks crooked and warped, or are they "just" ugly? Does anyone know...?

Crooked or slanted it is not, but it contains a few more dark knots...

They might have scratches or a small broken piece. Sometimes it's almost invisible. But then you have to check/select each panel. You don't want an ugly roof in a new house. :-/
