How much can a 135*190mm glulam beam in the middle handle if it is 5 meters long and rests loosely on pillars?

For example, at 10mm deflection and 20mm deflection? Alternatively, if someone happens to have a formula to calculate with?

Hmm looking around a bit, most recommend 115*300 and similar. So the question is what that corresponds to in 145 width. I would guess 270 or something like that.

I'll have to continue searching. However, this knowledge has long been forgotten :/
