ceiling socket vs normal plug

Dear Expert,
I would like to know if there is a way to use a normal plug of a projector on the standard outlets that are on the ceiling in swedish apartments? The plug of the projector is different from the socket on the ceiling so I would like to know if it is possible to have an adapter or a converter or any solution to solve the problem.

I'm guessing you're trying to connect the projector to a ceiling-mounted lamp socket? I'm not sure there is such an adapter, or if it's even permitted to use lamp sockets for anything but lamps. Bengt probably knows the answer to the legal question...
Practically, the easiest thing would likely be to change the plug to a lamp plug, but if this is a temporary installation that's probably not an option...? And that might not be in accordance with the rules either....
Anywho... pictures of the plug and socket would help...
PS. I suppose the solution of an extension cord to a wall mounted socket has been considered and rejected? DS.
