MAFA mini pellets fel

Hej alla!
Jag ska prova i svenska idag….
Jag ha en pellet fel på min CTC Ekoflex.
“Pellets Avstängd” på displayen men pellet container är fullt. Se bilder

Jag gissa att problemet ligger i rören nånstans.

Any ideas?

Jag ha trycket reset och pellets ha börjat igen. Men om jag ha samma problem igen måste jag titta i röran?

Starta om, bosätta dig i pannrummet tills det händer igen och se om du kan få någon ide om vad problemet är.

The error means (from manual)

The burner has called for fuel but has not been refilled. Check: That there are pellets in the external storage. Action: Fill in pellets.
Check: That the filling hose is not too steeply inclined. Action: Shake the hose and change the angle so that the pellets do not get stuck.
Check: That the screw's inclination is not too steep, or the flow has stopped due to an arch having formed in the external storage. Action: Place the screw at a shallower angle, and turn it back and forth a few times to loosen the arching. The location of the intake opening should be in the middle of the external storage (applies to smaller weekly storage).
Check: That the external screw's drive motor is working and that the motor shaft is driving the screw spiral. Action: If the motor does not turn, check it by removing it from the screw motor shaft. Then disconnect the incoming power cable from the boiler and connect it directly to a wall socket via the supplied adapter cable. If the motor is overheated due to blockage, the motor's thermal protection may have been triggered and it will not start until the motor has cooled down again. Do not forget to check whether the screw spiral is blocked and if so, this must be unblocked by hand using appropriate measures. In the event of a motor fault, call a service technician.

I eventually managed to get a number off the internet for MADA.
I rang the number and spoke to Håkan, he told me to take off the bottom 2 screws and clear the blockage, I’ve done this and the boiler worked again
