Hello,
I'm posting here in hopes of getting some helps. We live in a Rådhus that utilizes a Fjärrvärme system (picture 1). In previous years, this system has always worked perfectly fine. However, with the recent drop in temperature, I've noticed that both the upstairs radiators and the downstairs underfloor heating are not functioning, despite having all the valves turned to the maximum.
I've had friends come over to take a look, and we found that the maintenance indicator on the control panel of the remote heating center is blinking (picture 2). Additionally, there is no light on the black device of the central system (picture 3). Under normal circumstances, it should display and allow for the control of power levels (picture 4).
Could any experts please take a look and advise on possible solutions, or recommend a reputable repair company? I greatly appreciate any helps in advance.
Thank you!

Hello Norman
Alfa Laval also uses equipment from Honeywell and this is the nearest I found.
https://www.cetetherm.com/download/...3394/1620658680594/Mini Plus H737 2021-05.pdf
If you take a look in chapter 10, Troubleshooting
As you can see the tool symbol means a communication error. (don't contact cetetherm)
Contact your heating company and ask for help.
