Yet another question about load-bearing walls
Hello,
I need to find out if a wall in my 1950s apartment is load-bearing or not. I have a hard time believing it is load-bearing for several reasons:
- The wall is not drawn on the floor plan
- The wall consists of approximately 8 cm deep lightweight concrete stones, very porous. It is possible to "drill" with a screwdriver
- The wall is located one meter from another wall
The floor plan and floor framing plan are attached.

When it is not included in the construction drawing, it is not load-bearing. The K-drawing shows how the overlying floor structure is reinforced and cast. The other reasons you mention also argue against it but not as unequivocally.
