Would you buy this house? Is this a costly repair?

Would you buy this house? A summer house I really want to buy has structural damage on 4 pillars supporting the roof (a concrete slab) where water has penetrated and caused the reinforcement to push away the concrete - is it expensive to repair? Otherwise, the house and garden are absolutely wonderful.

One probably needs an overall picture of how it looks. A bit unclear what is written on what.

The whole story is that the house I am trying to buy is located in Greece with different building codes, but using steel rods and cement is also done there - and I can't get there due to Corona, so I wonder if it is a foolish and costly undertaking to take on this renovation - of course, builders can be hired there, but I have limited funds and therefore I am asking you for advice.
More information:
The original cottage of about 45 m2 has been boxed in by adding cement pillars around the facade and adding a concrete slab roof. The roof also has asbestos in the cement, but I understand that it is routinely removed. Is it foolish to even consider this project? Is it usually costly to repair water-damaged pillars where the steel rods are pushing the concrete away? So grateful for feedback
