We have had an inspection of the house and discovered that half of the floor in the kitchen/dining room is directly framed on the slab, and of course, there is moisture in them. In the rest of the house, the floor is not framed but lies on the slab. A rather odd way to build, I think.

Is there any way to fix it without tearing up the floor, like ventilating? Or will it be necessary to get Nivell or subfloor?

I assume that the slab is uninsulated. In that case, you should not place wood or other organic materials directly on the concrete. Doing it this way is also an indication that those who built it didn't quite know how to do it.

It cannot be solved sustainably without tearing up the floor. The damp studs need to be replaced.

Problems arise when warm and humid indoor air is cooled and condenses when it meets the slab. Whether it is enough to moisture-proof the studs or if other measures are needed depends on the conditions in your kitchen.
