I have cut a few window sills in glued oak, untreated, they have warped about 4-5mm diagonally so that one of the corners sticks up... I have tried to press them down with clamps to make them flat but they just go back again, maybe it got a little better but it's still clearly visible. The size is about 1100x270x27mm
What can be done to save them afterwards?
I was thinking of fastening the corner down during installation so that they lie flat and then keep that they stay there but I'm very doubtful...
Could give it another attempt with clamps, but put spacers all around except on the corner that is too high and thereby get it flat when you release the clamps?
ok, then I have to force down one of the corners for them to lie nicely, I have thought of attaching two flat irons as a cleat with a milled groove underneath where I can wedge a screw head that I have attached to the inner wall. Can this work or are there better ways to do it?
If it lies above the joists, pre-drill and screw at the short ends, preferably with floor screws or panel screws. If the holes will not be concealed by the trims, you should fill them with silicone in the correct color.

There are ready-made fittings, like with a keyhole, for that very purpose.
If it is above the joists, pre-drill and screw at the short ends preferably with floor screws or panel screws. If the holes won't be covered by moldings, you'll need to fill them in with silicone in the right color.
