Great uncertainty around our balcony! House built with 400mm homogeneous leca, then 70mm cellular plastic on the outside with thin plaster. The company that built it made many mistakes and went bankrupt immediately after construction. The current construction is a wooden balcony where the support beam is attached with some type of chemical anchors that look like flexible tubes but are rigid, and then some mass in them. Also, there is a brace screwed in from the outside where the railing meets the facade. I feel a great deal of uncertainty about the solution and am considering redoing it properly. How should I do that? Inside, there is a bathroom that is about to be renovated (don't ask why). So there is an opportunity to anchor from the inside now!

Why?

Has the balcony started showing signs of an impending divorce?
