Width of sole plate? Lecamur 19cm width

Hi

I'm about to start building our extension. I've been trying to find information on how wide the sole plate should be. The cellar wall we are building on is made of leca and is 19 cm wide. We will build the floor according to

I am either considering using a 145x45 or 170x45 for the sole plate, are there any rules for what should be used? Does anyone know what applies?

The same width of the sill as the wall studs has been present in all the places I have seen.
