On my veranda, which was built with Leca blocks, the craftsmen plastered with Weber Putsbruk C. It's about 15 years old. It is well-drained, so moisture isn't coming from below.
Now it has come off and looks terrible. There are hollow spots in several places.
Why?

It comes off because it's wrongly plastered from the beginning, plaster mix C is too poor against the ground..
On Leca, you should prime with base plaster A and then use plaster mix B as the lowest quality against the ground..
Then I would recommend netting the plaster to increase the strength, but it's not a requirement for the Leca stone…
