Found that there was concrete outside the foundation of the house extending about 1 meter. The house is from the 70s. Had to dig down and make a hole through the concrete to put in a fence post (cemented it in to seal the hole again). Is it a casting mistake that overflowed the form, or was it done that way traditionally?
