I will soon start mounting moldings and corners etc. on my house, which currently has an asbestos facade. I was planning to use regular decking screws, but I'm wondering if there might be a better screw to work with.
Since I have to go through the asbestos to reach the wood behind it, I'm thinking a self-drilling screw wouldn't be a bad idea. At Byggmax (which doesn't have the best selection of screws), they have a floor screw that is self-drilling with a small head, which would be good. But it is not galvanized.
Is there a galvanized alternative? A homeowner a bit away from me did the same thing with regular decking screws, so I know it works. But the holes are quite unattractive, and I'm not keen on having to "patch" them afterward.
Does anyone know of a suitable screw?

I would have opted for high-quality stainless screws as it's not fun when rust starts to run after a while...
Grabber PTS 48mm panel screw is self-drilling and has a very small head.
Expensive screw though...

Tried using byggmax decking screws yesterday, worked perfectly. Although I had to drill for a while for the screw to get a grip in the eternit.
