I will have plywood on the walls in a tiny house. Preferably want screws because they hold best? Since the house will be moving. Preferably the smallest screw possible. Plywood is 15 mm and stud behind.

Open to other suggestions and preferably how the assembly process went.. pre-drilling, marking, etc.

Make a drilling template and pre-drill the boards, then I would go with annular ring nails that have a domed head. Will look "riveted".

If the idea is to paint the boards, then a list screw with a small head is a candidate..

Thank you so much for the answer! Do you use them with a nail gun?

I chose a brad nailer to mount OSB visibly, as they have small heads that are not visible at all afterward on those boards.

No, you have to nail them by hand, alternatively find a similar nail that can be used with a gun.

Dyckert mentioned above is another option
