Which paper should be used between concrete and wooden pillars to prevent moisture from migrating between them?

What type of paper should be used between concrete and wooden pillars to prevent moisture from transferring between them?

I usually use regular tar paper (for roofing) if I happen to have any leftover. Otherwise, there is special sill paper or sill insulation made of some foam available for purchase.

Used as an insulating layer between the foundation and the sill. Polymer bitumen (PmB).
Foundation insulating paper is an elastic, nailable sealing layer built on a strong polyester felt with high tear resistance that is coated with SBS-polymerized bitumen. The top and bottom sides are sanded.
