I have built a construction that will be hung under the ceiling with lights etc. I have made it from MDF and it weighs about 20-25 kg. The size is 1 x 2 meters. It will be attached to the ceiling with 6 plugs. One plug in each corner and one plug in the middle on each long side. The idea is some kind of hook where the plug is attached with a chain that is about 20 cm long. The load per plug will then be approximately 3-4 kg per plug. It must not fall on my head because then it would probably be the end. As you can see in the pictures, the ceiling is made of soft concrete with reinforcement. I don't remember what this type of ceiling is called.

What type of plug should I use to make sure it holds securely?

Diagram of a ceiling-mounted MDF structure with dimensions; shown from the bottom, includes labeled sections and measurements in centimeters. Just make sure to check that you're not drilling into any embedded electrical cables or, even worse, water pipes.

I'm quite sure there are neither electricity nor water in this type of ceiling, but thanks anyway.

I would have used something similar to this. Hanging something heavy in just a plug, even though there are good plugs for aerated concrete, I would not do. [link]
How does that plug/anchor work?

How many kg can the plug handle?

An Essve NL8x65 nylon plug can handle a tensile load of 20kg in lightweight concrete.
Nothing special is needed for such a light load.

Thank you so much for all the tips :-)
