Hello!
I have two questions that I hope the forum can help with :)

No. 1: I'm setting up an 80x12cm shelf with two brackets. As I can't access to drill, I would like to attach them with some form of mounting adhesive but I'm not sure which one to use. The wall is concrete and there will be limited load on the shelf, a maximum of one or two kilos.

No. 2: I'm attaching a 19mm MDF as a desktop on top of some drawer units. I plan to attach it from underneath, on the top of the unit to avoid visible screws in the desktop. The unit is 15mm, so in total, it's 34mm with MDF on top. What length of screw would be optimal?

Thanks!!

1:
What kind of consoles?
What do they look like?
I think you can forget that idea.

2:
What is the reason you want to screw the board into the huts?

(The children's desk boards are loose on their huts, although the boards are made of solid wood.)

One shorter than 34 mm and that doesn't go through the board. And I usually pre-drill in MDF.

I would use Tec7 but you will probably get more alternatives that might be better. However, I only have positive experiences with Tec7 over the years.

Thanks for the reply! The shelf managed without gluing as it's wedged in (it's meant to sit between the bunk bed and the wall). For the board, we need to secure it so it doesn't slip, small children will be using it and they're stronger than you think :)
