Hello!
We have finally decided how to address the basement, which will be done with Nivell ventilated flooring.
The question we are now facing is sealing for the ventilation. You are supposed to seal with Nivell sealing tape around the room between the floorboard and the wall. The problem is that the wall in the basement is made of concrete blocks that are very uneven and have pieces between the stones that have loosened, creating gaps.
What can be used to create a smooth surface from the concrete floor up to the floor so that there is a smooth surface to attach the sealing tape to? Since it is a basement with a risk of emissions and moisture migration, regular filler is presumably excluded.
We have received some suggestions on what might work in a basement, but we don’t know what the best option is to make it work well.
Suggestions we have received are:
Weber Gypsum Naturgips 2-60
Weber Väggspackel snabb fin 0-50
Caiso husfix
Attached is a picture of the wall.

Sorry for the late reply, I've been away for a while. Thanks for the tip, I ended up using Weber wall filler quick fine 0-50 cement-based, worked greatStefan N said:
I must say that when it comes to different types of mortar, it's a jungle with so many different products, and finding the one that's best suited for the purpose is not easy, especially in the basement.
If there are more products that would work just as well in the basement, feel free to share them as well; it's always good to know if there are more suitable products that do the job just as well.
