Which L-support

Hello,

I'm considering installing L-supports on a slope I have.

The supports are 60 cm high.

There are two variants: One that is joined with a nail plate on the back. Another that Benders makes which has tongue and groove. There's quite a difference in cost between these.

Which would you recommend?

Was thinking more about which ones hold together best.

The ones you fasten with a nail plate at the joint or those with not/spont?
