Which floor construction??

I live in a condominium with an attached garage.
I am thinking of building an extra bedroom in the inner half of the garage.
The garage is currently asphalted with a somewhat uneven surface as it has sunk a bit in the middle.
From the asphalt surface, I have about 16cm up to the internal floor level which I preferably want in the room.
What flooring construction is preferable?
I'm not keen on casting since I must consider that it should be possible to restore.
I also thought about using Leca balls and a thin layer of concrete, but I read that Leca absorbs moisture...

120 or 95 studs that you place, for example, plastic spacers under, I think would work well.
Then you can add polystyrene in between if you want/need it.
Possibly apply plastic to the underside.
Just make sure to have an air gap at the bottom against the asphalt and that moisture is ventilated away.
