Currently in the process of setting up partition walls in our new summer house. We've outsourced the external walls and roof. Now we're going to do the interior ourselves. The question is, should we rent or buy an automatic screwdriver? If we buy one, which brand should we go for?
If you're not like us (i.e., gadget-obsessed and tool-crazy), for some interior walls, I would just screw in one screw at a time and be a bit careful; the walls will be done before you can get home with the new machine. Otherwise, the standard answer is probably the same brand you already have batteries for...
Looking at corded options, I have a Pela for some reason, works okay but nothing more, and an older Fein, which is fantastic. Both are incredibly loud, so most of the time, I end up screwing in one by one, at least at home.
